Hi. When going to Appearance > Edit CSS for the first time, there is a sample CSS appearing in the box. However, it looks like it hasn't been updated in a long time because it contains a dead link...
CSS is not very hard to learn. If you already know a little HTML it will be fun to move things around on the web page by changing your stylesheet. There are many free references to help you get started. You can find helpful links, starter stylesheets and knowledgable people in the forum:

I did some research (through the Internet Wayback Machine) and figured out that this is the old link to the CSS Customization form. It should therefore be replaced by http://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization
It appears that this also affects the translation string for that segment.
