   How come, when I first log on, only a few of the links on the WordPress.com home page are active?

   I went to "Help" and here is what I found: "When you visit the WordPress.com home page, you can get started with posting, reading, and finding new blogs without needing to navigate to your Dashboard. Navigating the Home Page At the top of the WordPress.com home page, you will see six tabs when logged into your WordPress.com account. These include: New Post Reader Notifications Stats [...]

   All six of those tabs are dead. What do I need to do? Thanks.

   The blog I need help with is flyoverpress.wordpress.com.

   I'm using Firefox 17 and I'm not experiencing any issues at all with those links.

   If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

   Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

   If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com please do these four things:

   1. Try clearing your browser’s cache:

   http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

   2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

   3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

   4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

   If it’s still happening, let us know which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com and also post any error reports you get.

   Hi timethief, I tried it with firefox and with firefox and everything seemed to work fine.

   I normally use IE9 (my favorite browser) sigh...

   Anyway, that must be the problem so I guess we can close down this thread (is there something I need to do to accomplish that or do you do it?)

   OK, thanks. BTW, I tried it with an earlier version of IE (i.e. IE9) and it worked fine. Obviously the problem is IE10 and this is not the first problem I have had with it. You might keep that in mind for your advisories.
