Dear community member ask the wordpress people to answer responsibly

    Dear Madam/Sir
    Yesterday I paid 13$ to WP-FEE.COM for domain mapping i.e from http://www.authorsunilsir.com to http://www.authorsunilsirblog.wordpress.com, I went through store/my upgrade it is no upgradation, if wordpress cannot map my existing domain http://www.authorsunilsir.com ,the why they provide such option,if not possible will it refund to me because my account details confirm the payment of INR 742 toWP-FEE.COM and no proper support or official hearing on their part , should I remain navigating in the ocean of support tickets or vague replies ,is there any official who can reply me responsibly.

    Lets be clear about this please. There is no such thing as an instant domain name propagation. After your make your purchase you are required to act to set the primary domain and then to carry through all the steps to implement mapping to your existing domain

    Then it can take between 24 - 72 hours for the domain name chnage to propagate throughout the internet. WordPress.com has no control over how long it takes for DNS caches to be flushed. It's normal your your own ISP to be the last location to flush their DNS caches.

    I am in Canada and the redirect from your .wordpress.com blog URL to your domain ie. the domain mapping is already working for me. http://authorsunilsir.com/ I strongly suggest that instead of leaping to based on misunderstanding and ignorance that your practice patience.

    However, if your prefer to ask for a refund here's how to do that.
    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

    Domain Helper shows no domain mapping for authorsunilsir.com

    Also you name servers are not pointing to WordPress.COM so even if you had Domain Mapping your domain name would not work correctly

    This has been flagged for staff attention to help you

    I decided to ignore domain questions yesterday and then I didn't follow-through today. Making that commitment again now.

    After spending 13$ from one's pocket ,how one can rely on speeches,
    and thing is that my bank details confirm it.So If you don't know the fact you should not reply irresponsibly. All can reply but you also know the difference between a reply and replying with facts.And madam at last thank you for your concern.

    As TT says, http://authorsunilsir.com/ is currently attached to a WordPress.ORG blog. What steps have you taken besides purchasing the domain mapping upgrade to connect it to your WordPress.com blog? You have to follow these instructions: http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/ and it seems clear you haven't. Merely making the purchase doesn't configure the change.

    Hi there - I don't see any successful transactions on your account, only several failed transactions within a one-hour period on December 31, 2012. It does not look like your account was charged at all.
