   I'd like to delay the delivery of subsciber emails by one hour after publishing an article. Is this possible?

   The blog I need help with is hundredgoals.com.

   No, but you can schedule a post to publish an hour after you hit the publish button. Be aware that it may actually take longer for the email to go out depending on your site traffic.
