Hi, I have some pdf uploaded and attached to an entry of my wordpress blog in wordpress.com, then I deleted them from the library to replace them for others, but although they are deleted, the link to them is still working (they doesn't appear in the media library, but if I access to the old link, the pdf are still there for everyone to see). I want to know how to completely delete files, because there are no FTP allowed in wordpress.
Thank you.

There is no "trash" folder when you delete things from the Media Library. The entire action is "Delete Permanently" although apparently the cache of deleted items at WordPress.com's end is emptied every 3 days. See the Additional Information at the bottom of this Support doc http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/
