   I just accidentally deleted my blog, but I did not receive a confirmation email or any of the other precautionary steps that wordpress says should happen before a blog is permanently deleted.

   I deleted the name as I was changing the URL - on the "change address" page, it asked if I wanted my old blog name permanently removed, and I accidentally checked the box and submitted it, but there was no email confirmation sent to my email so that I could undo it...

   Is there any way to get my old address back??? :(

   And if you're talking about a different blog, please give us the URL.

   Well that one's deleted all righty. If staff have enabled NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION deletion as part of the blog name change procedure that would explain all the people we are suddenly seeing asking for their deleted blogs back.

   I'll flag this for staff and they can clarify. And hopefully build in an email confirmation.
