deleted post on facebook and now its not on WP site anymore

    I had a post, my favorite post on WP, When I added it to FB I realized I wanted it to be my first post so I needed to add it last, so I deleted it from FB and now its no longer on my WP site, nor in the trash. Help, please!

    The blog I need help with is thepickypalate.wordpress.com.
