I accidentally posted something on the wrong blog last night. I immediately deleted the post, but it is still showing in the reader. Help!!! How do I get it to go away?
The previous link was http://beingabeautifulmess.wordpress.com/2013/01/29/i-love-him-so/. That's still showing in the reader along with a preview of the deleted post.
The blog I need help with is beingabeautifulmess.wordpress.com.
Oh, and follow-up info... The ENTIRE POST is visible on the android app. Eeek!!
Sorry you are having this problem. Did you also entirely delete the post from the Trash folder as well? It sometimes takes a while for things to be emptied out of the WPcom deleted bin. I'll tag this for Staff assistance.
Meanwhile, to doublecheck by yourself, try logging out, deleting your browser's cache and cookies and then logging in again.
Yes, I have done all of that. It has been deleted from trash, and my cookies are clear on the computer I accidentally posted it from. I've also had some of my readers contact me about it, so I know it's not just me.
OK then. Thanks for the additional info. We'll just have to wait for Staff assistance.
