differentkindofreeIf I exported a blog to a new account and I delete the old one, will the newly imported content be affected in any way? I'm wondering because I made 67 posts on an old blog and when I imported it to my new account, it says there is only 1 post on this account (even thought all the imported material is showing up just fine). Sorry if this is a stupid question, just don't want my year's worth of work to go to waste!

You can make the blog private and use it as a test blog and backup blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
You can hide it from dashboard display http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility -
