nikitoniumMy old domain is about to expire and my email notifications tell me it's going to automatically renew. I can't find any way to stop this from happening in my dashboard. How can I cancel the renewal?

We Volunteers cannot do this for you. Please see here > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and click the "Disable Auto Renew" link. For more information please read: http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/03/26/keep-your-upgrades-in-order/ -
If someone within support is supposed to do this, please cancel any renewal updates for blog404.org and magazine404.org.

Are you logged in as the original account that bought the upgrades? Only the original account can renew or disable upgrades -
