   I can't seem to find the editor for this theme to delete the footer. Is this only allowed if I do the upgrade?

   The blog I need help with is corbindallas77.wordpress.com.

   It's not allowed even if you have a custom design upgrade.

   May I remove credit links such as ‘Blog at !WordPress.com’, theme, font, or toolbar links?

   Okay, thanks. So from what I gather, if I host this on godaddy's interface, I will be allowed to mark up the html?

   Themes are not done in html

   Some themes require the footer other don't for a WordPress.ORG install (i.e. you host on Godaddy or another host) - you need to check the terms of service for the theme you use to see if the footer credits can be removed

   If i can't change the footer, I'll be able to at least go in to create title tags and what not, right?
