   How do I get rid of Meta information on my blog?

   First, go to http://outdoorsinsoutheasttexas.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php

   Then, look at the right side of the page, and find a widget called "Meta"

   Now, click that widget and click the delete button.

   That should delete the meta box on your sidebar.

   Thanks ... that worked. I have a subject called categories. How can I enter different categories, and then after listing the categories, will the software automatically post blog titles to that category that match?

   On the bottom of your Admin page you will find a link to the Learn WordPress.com blogging Tutorial prepared by Staff. http://learn.wordpress.com/ The support documentation is all found at the Support link http://en.support.wordpress.com which is also on the bottom of your Admin page.

   Adding Categories via the Dashboard > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/#adding-categories-via-the-dashboard
   Adding Categories via the Categories Module in posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/#adding-categories-via-the-categories-module

   Note: Categories and/or tags can only be assigned to Posts, not to Pages.
