I've got many revisions on each of my posts, is there a way to delete previous revisions to speed up my site?
Is there a plug-in to do this?
Also, how do I delete Zemata on my site?

No and deleting theme would not make any difference at all. When was the last time your did a full computer scan? Have your checked with your ISP to be sure there are no issues at that end?

I think the ISP is fine; I heard about a plug-in called Better Delete plug-in through Social Media Examiner. Not available here I take it?

There is no FTP access to our blogs and we bloggers can't install plugins. Only those with wordpress.org installs can use plugins http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
