I added a category and then I realized it went under another category that is totally not related. How do I delete the sub-category and make it it's own category? Thank you for any help as I am new to WordPress.
The blog I need help with is virgilcook.wordpress.com.
Just edit the subcategory and take the child status off at posts > categories.
How does one do that? I can't find a way to edit the subcategory. Or do anything except ADD a category.
Go to posts > categories, hover your mouse over the subcategory name and below it will appear an edit link or you can just click on the title of the subcategory - either way works.
