Delicious Magazine Theme Customization

    Hello,

    I have the Delicious Magazine Theme and I want to customize my header menus so that they aren't large. As I have been reading the forums I see where people are saying that you have to have a CSS Customization upgrade to make those changes. I'm confused by that because I see a field under General Settings that listed Custom CSS, there it says that I can
    Quickly add some CSS to your theme by adding it to this block. However, when I add little bits of code that people have listed on this forum to test it...I don't see any changes being made.

    I don't see any custom CSS in your site. Did you delete it, or did you perhaps not save it?

    If you are using the preview button, you might have to force refresh/reload the preview page to see the change. Some browsers don't pick up the change.

    Also, know that CSS is theme specific, so if the solution you found was not for the wordpress.com version of Delicious Magazine, then it is highly unlikely to work.

    What exactly do you want to make smaller?

    Give this a try as a start. You can add it to your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS page and click the Preview button to see how adding CSS works. 

    .nav a {
	padding-top: 15px;
}

    There is a yearly fee to pay if you wan to keep the changes—$30 per year works out to $2.50 per month.
