How do I remove the "RSS FEED" menu object (appears in the menu line , to the right of "ARCHIVES")?
While it's there, Is it normal to get a page full of html when clicking on it?
The blog I need help with is ietec.wordpress.com.

There is no option for removing that display that I can determine from reading the theme description. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/depo-masthead/ Also note even if you did remove or hide it the feed would still exist. I don't help with CSS editing but I do no that if it can be hidden you will need to purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade and then do the required CSS editing.

"do no that " was meant to be "do know that" ... :(
You can remove this link by defining a custom menu for your site. The interface for this is located under Appearance → Menus. You can find in-depth instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
