Difference between admin and personal emails

  1. Is it possible to receive notifications like comments on posts in blogs or somebody answering a support question sent to my admin email, or is like half of wordpress gets sent to the admin email, and the other half to the personal email, used when I would comment on a reply or a post on my or somebody else's blog. The personal email appears next to my name when I check the comments.

    Thing is, I had one email used for both admin and personal email. I needed to change the personal email, because I noticed that it deals with making comments on other people's blogs, I decided to change it to an email that is not as important to me as my admin email.

    Explain the difference between admin emails and personal emails.
