Hello! If I click on "all users" in my dash board, it is only me who appears but not the others (I have a private blog), consequently I can't change the user roles. What's wrong? thx very much for your help!

Viewers won't appear in the Users section. If you want to promote a Viewer, you'll need to re-invite them at the higher role.

That is correct, you'll just be re-inviting their existing account as a user on your blog.
