   I recently tried to do some CSS changes on my Theme "3 Digg Column" on WordPress.com but there are a few things that It turns out I cant do on my widgets.

   The Widget title is written in Light Green but I'd like it to be another color,how can I do this?

   Also the Widget is all white but I want to change its colour to #0888EA so it matches the post section too. Aswell i cant add a border to the widgets.

   I'm New to CSS but I cant do it. Could someone help me?

   I can't help you but maybe another volunteer or Staff can so I'm commenting to get your thread up on the front page where it can be seen.
