Far more often than not, when I visit my blog, all that appears is content - unformatted, no layout (just a list), no sidebars. This happens from various computers at different internet connections.
Can anything be done about this?

I'm sorry that's happening. :(
This sort of problem can sometimes be eliminated by clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
Can you reproduce it consistently on any one computer?
