The box which is supposed to be next to this under Discussion Settings - Hold a comment in the queue if it contains or more links. (A common characteristic of comment spam is a large number of hyperlinks.) Is MISSING and now my bloggers are going to spam.

Discussion Settings - Box is Missing
Missing box under discussion settings to set number of links allowed for posting. Bloggers going to spam when they put more than 1 and I have it set for acceptance of 4, with 5 being the number which will put the comment in hold.
Above refers to Comment Moderation area in regards to allowing the number of links authorized in a comment.
Resolved - Apparently there is no box to check beside this setting. The blogger who had this problem was logging in through gravatar.com which is WordPress but for some reason does not recognize this setting the way she was set up.
