Dividing blog into pages instead of just continuous text

  1. I wish to divide the blog up into pages but seem unable to see how to do this. Some of the blogs are quite long you see. On the theme I am using 'Rounded' the demo divides the blog into pages.

The blog I need help with is ringquest.wordpress.com.

The Rounded theme is an old theme that is no in any way unique with regard to Pages and Posts. The two are very different and you can read about those differences here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ Moreover, to split content in any post or page your can use next page (pagination). See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/nextpage/

  3. Thanks so much. I think I am on my way!

  4. On the Rounded theme I note the pages continue to appear along the top in a blue background, as well as in the Page widget on the right hand column. Is there any way they can be prevented from appearing in the blue horizontal listing or is that a part of the theme design? Thanks.

What you are referring to is Tabs to static pages and the way to remove them is to create a blank custom menu.
Read first - post to pages http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/06/30/posts-on-pages/
    Then read custom menus http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/12/19/custom-menus/
