I am trying to get a theme from this designer onto my blog

I have a free wordpress site. Do i need to buy the pro bundle to be able to upload this theme?
When i go to Appearances>Theme i can't get an option to upload this one. Can you hlep please?

The blog I need help with is fabthebrand.wordpress.com.
There is no upgrade that you can purchase that will provide FTP access and the ability to upload third party themes. To do that you must hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install.

The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs are those found here > Appearance > Themes and there is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that.
