I would like to have someone move my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress. org
The blog I need help with is theatreofwishes.wordpress.com.

People who have done it tell me it is straight forward, but if you don't want to "get your hands dirty" there is a guided transfer service for a one-off payment of $129. If you get that then wordpress staff will do everything for you - but a lot of people with a little technical knowledge have done it and told me that it is not that difficult to do yourself for free!

It's not terribly difficult, but it's not overly simple either. First step is to get a web hosting account and make sure you understand how to use it.

I suggest you DO NOT do that. If you can't handle transferring your blog by yourself, you absolutely won't be able to handle the maintenance and upgrades of your WordPress.org plugin.
