domain host is yahoo and wanting to transfer here... paid for the 99 dollar bundle, does that include hosting this transferred domain name in the 99 bucks?

WordPress.com does not accept incoming domain transfers, but you can use domain mapping to use your WordPress.com site with your existing domain. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#transferring-a-domain-to-wordpress-com
