   I would like to begin networking with people in WP who share my interests. I thought the best way to do this would be to go to a WP categories list, click on a category that interests me, and presumably, I would see thousands of individual posts on that topic. I could then network accordingly. My problem is that after 30 minutes of searching WP, including forums and support pages, I cannot find any information on where WP lists its actual categories. Surely it does, right? Can anyone direct me to this webpage in the WP universe? Thanks. To make sure I am clearly communicating what I want to find, I want to go to a page that lists all of the WP categories in link format. So, for example, my interest is liberal politics. Hopefully there is a category with that name. I go to the main WP categories list, click on "Liberal Politics," and I then see all of the posts written on that topic. I hope this is possible. (I will settle for "Politics.") Thanks.

   If you go to the global tags page, you will see both categories & tags (since wordpress treats them the same for this purpose). However, I don't believe that all global tags are available, but only the most active ones at the moment -- so they will change over time. http://en.wordpress.com/tags/

   You can also simply plug "http://en.wordpress.com/tag/item-of-interest/" into your address bar -- replacing "item of interest" with whatever you're interested in, such as liberal-politics (be sure to add a dash wherever there's a space), and you should see the global tags/categories page for that item.
