I have made my personal blog private except by invitation. Previously to doing so, a person or two signed up for subscriptions to it. Is it still possible for them to receive subscription updates if my blog is private? How would I block them from receiving updates?

Unfortunately, we can't remove subscribers at this time.
I recommend asking them to unsubscribe, or start a new blog.
