Does anyone know how to get hold of someone that works for wordpress

    Hey,

    I recently bought the domain mapping thing, I never needed it and thought it wouldn't allow me to map without it which was pretty confusing?

    How do i go about refunding the money or contacting someone about it?

    I also was wondering how to not show the wordpress footer at the bottom of a website i'm building. Does the footer saying "Blog at WordPress.com. Theme: Parament by Automattic" have to be there? Would it not be there if the site was hosted somewhere else?

    May I remove credit links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com’, theme, font, or toolbar links?
    All WordPress.com bloggers are required to maintain the credit links, even our VIP bloggers. Please do not hide the footer credits or the toolbar with CSS after purchasing a Custom Design upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/#frequently-asked-questions

    Would it not be there if the site was hosted somewhere else?

    You can hack a theme on a wordpress.org install and whther or not you can remove footer links depends on which theme you use.

  6. I am within the timeframe to request a refund for upgrades purchased on signup. There is no "my upgrades" link under the 'store' link. This is the most frustrating site I have ever tried to use and the fact that there is no support is pushing me to look elsewhere. Service is where it's at. IF anyone knows how to actually reach these people (?) to request refunds, please share how.
