   If I purchase a new theme template, will that installation be covered in the guided transfer to a self-hosted wordpress.org site?

   The blog I need help with is freshandfoodie.com.

   Unfortunately, no.

   You'll have to purchase the theme again from the theme's vendor.

   If the theme you purchased was for a self-hosted blog, rather than one of the "premium" themes here, then that theme can be used with your new self-hosted blog.

   And installing a theme on a self-hosted blog is very easy now. WordPress has taken a lot of the "geek" out of the process.
