does this image violate wordpress Terms and Services?

    I was passed a the "blogging friendship award" by friend and fellow blogger.
    These are common gestures in social blogging:
    my question is about the image that comes with the award.

    does this violate Terms and services?
    (this is just my scrap blog i didn't put it on the blog i want yet.)"

    I know other bloggers who have this image and award but none have wp.com blogs.

    I really don't want to offend people by turning this down, but i dont what my blog suspended for an illegal image.

    there doesn't seem to be a "twin Banks" but it says visa

    Perhaps you could suggest that they change the logo to something phoney too, like, say, "Mustercard".
