I want to buy my own domain but everytime I try it says to change to another card ou to paypal but even though I cant do it. I live in Brazil and I cant buy stuffs from other country with my credit card, it has to be something from here in Brazil.

The only methods of payment for upgrades are major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal supported countries. There are no other payment options.
