I would like to use the domain phood.wordpress.com in order to start my new blog. I went to the site, and the adress has being registered by other person, but has just one post, and from 2008.
I kindly invite you to visit the site and tell me what can I do to use this domain. I hope you can contact the owner or close his blog or domain because of lack of usage.

What is incorrect about it? He owns the domain; if you cannot find contact information for that blogger, you can try leaving a comment asking to buy or have the domain donated to you. WordPress.com itself will not take a blog away from someone if they don't use it.
