Aside from that not working, I was also charged twice and can't seem to find contact details to ask for a refund.
On Tuesday we did have some technical difficulties with our upgrades systems. For a a short time, anyone who tried to purchase or renew products with us were charged but their items did not end up in their account or get renewed.
We fixed the issue on our end that same day, added the upgrade to your account and made sure anyone charged more than once got refunds. I checked: you were issued a refund for the second charge. It can take up to a week before this appears on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company, but it's usually less time than that.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience.
Ok but will it definitely be working by the 72 hour period? I have been promising the site to people by today!
Everything looks to me like it's set up fine now and we do just have to wait for the domain name change to propagate around the world. I don't see any reason why it won't be working after 72 hours (or hopefully sooner).
When did you update the DNS records at GoDaddy? It appears this was done on March 8th. Be aware that the 72 hours starts after that.
