Domain mapping

  1. I have a domain registered with Dotster - http://www.thesearkconservative.com - which I did the dns forwarding about a month ago. The site does not come up.
I paid for my domain mapping for that domain name and somehow ended up purchasing http://www.theseakconservative.com via Automattic. I did not want to buy a domain name - already owned one, I only wanted the domain mapping feature like I have on my other word press blog, AmericanTruckersAtWar.com, which works perfectly.
I have no idea how to change this - I emailed support and am waiting for a reply. Does anyone else have this problem? When I did the domain mapping for ATAW, I don't remember going through Automattic - I just paid the credits and followed the instructions. WordPress did the rest.
I really need the correct domain name on my blog... and certainly don't want the other from Automattic - it doesn't make sense (the blog is a site about South Arkansas or Seark so the missin "a" is a problem....

  2. Contact support via the Support button on your dashboard. That's the fastest way: email is the worst. If you already did it, do it again.
