Its strange. It let me do the mapping without charging my card. At least it didn't ask me for authorization of the charges. So I'm not sure why I got the message that it would cost $13. Its not a big deal either way, I was just puzzled.

A free domain upgrade was included with your bundle, and you haven't used it until you mapped jparpaiamd.net, which is why the Domain Mapping was free. :)
