   I bought a domain name through WordPress and now want to map it over to my service at Squarespace. However, WordPress worn't allow me to add either a CNAME or A record, and Squarespace don't work with name servers.

   I've seen that other people have had the same problem as me and have only had it resolved by a Happiness Engineer (I think that's what they're called!)
   I have already sent a message to Support but have yet to hear back.

   I would really like this issue resolved asap because my client needs their site up and running posthaste.

   How can I cancel domain mapping?

   Domain Mapping is part of your domain registration and cannot be cancelled separately.

   We'll reply regarding the rest to your recent email.

   Also, when working with us via email, please reply directly to the email and do not change the subject.

   Your recent reply had a new subject, so it came in as a new ticket and was therefore sent to the back of the line.
