My domain mapping is due for renewal on 27 November - but I can't see any way of paying the $13 for the renewal. How do I renew?
I've looked through all the help pages, but can't see anything that explains it.

Should be in Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
But you need to be logged in as the account that bought the upgrade you want to renew

The good old logged in with the wrong account will get you every time :)
