Domain Mapping Renewal not working

    Please help - I renewed my domain mapping subscription with wordpress about 3 hours ago. It said that everything was renewed, but I can't send or receive emails or access my website. How long will it take for my website and email to start working? Thanks loads.

    The blog I need help with is hatchevents.com.

    A whois shows your domain name has expired - hatchevents.com

    That is probably what has trashed the mapping and email - you need to contact your registrar and renew your domain name - you name is not registered with WordPress.COM

    Thank you. Amazing. You were absolutely bang on! They said it will take 1 or 2 days to get back on, but at least I now know who I'm supposed to be renewing with!

    I want to renew my Domain name for iHatesuckaz.com. But when i try to it says this domain name is already registered by someone(Maybe you), how do renew this??

    Your domain name has expired and is in redemption, you need to contact the staff for help, there will be an additional charge involved in the renewal, that is not a WordPress.COM decision but is determined by who they register the domains through.

    The contact form is closed for the weekend but see the email address below - I will also flag this for staff attention as they do monitor the forums.

    Here’s the email address support@wordpress.com Be sure you include all details.
