   My blog, http://blogbisogno.wordpress.com seems to be working fine, but here's the problem:

   Every time I publish a new blog post, I send an html email to everyone on my mailing list with a script. I first send a test to myself to see if it is working ok. This morning when I clicked on the link (to my blog) in my test email, I got this message;

   "Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please login and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain."

   I went to my dashboard/settings/domain page where my primary domain is listed as blogbisogno.wordpress.com, created July 21, 2009, expires Never. Then I clicked on the button, "Update primary domain" thinking maybe you have to do that every few months or so. I did a few more email tests and received the same warning. Does this mean I have to buy a domain or map an existing domain of my own to continue bogging on wordpress.com?

   It could be a temporary glitch. You're not required to buy or map a domain to blog on WP. Most users of here blog without ever having to pay anything to WP.

   Please check if the URL points to a different blog.

   tijira,

   I guess a glitch would be the best case scenario. I'll contact wordpress to let them know.

   The URL is pointing to the right blog.

   I just paid for a URL through wordpress. i have taskwun.wordpress.com, and i paid for taskwun.net through WP. There is no radio button next to taskwun.net on my domains page, but it says that this is my main URL. when i go to taskwun.net, i get the same message...

   Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please login and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.

   Can anyone help?
