Hi,
We just registered a domain name http://www.karioimaunga.co.nz via godaddy.com but when we want to set up the 'portfolio' theme we can only do wordpress.com or .com or .org or .me.
.co.nz is not an option. How can we have out wordpress site on karioimaunga.co.nz? Do we have to pay the annual fee of $99,- to have this, or can we set up a .com website and change it later?

I have manually added a zone record for your domain.
You should now be able to map it here following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
Hi sorry I am new to this stuff.
I don't have a site with wordpress yet. Do I now get a .wordpress.com site so I can change this later?

Yes, you'll need to register a WordPress.com blog, but you can also map the domain as part of the registration.
