domain name DNS with 1&1

    Hi, i have my own domain name which i want to point to my wordpress blog, and it says i have to change the nameservers with my domain company, but i am with 1&1 and it says i cannot change the name servers, although i can change the DNS IP address. How do i set it up so that my domain goes to my wordpress blog and the name servers are all set up and everything??
