   If I choose to purchase the upgrade to register my domain name, will traffic automatically be redirected to my site?

   The blog I need help with is singsongsbringsweets.wordpress.com.

   Essentially, buying the upgrade gives you TWO URLs, both of which work. So your old one always works and your new one works as long as you keep paying the annual fees.
