Domain not working. URGENT

    I recently imported my blog from blogger to wordpress and I had a custom domain on blogger. Prior to importing I had pretty deleted the domain name, unbeknownst of what I was doing. Now I purchased the domain from wordpress and it keeps telling me to edit my DNS. I am trying but it is still giving me an error message. At first my website http://www.knottygirltimestwo.com was coming up with a 404 error now its just not connecting to the server. I really need some help.

    The blog I need help with is knottygirltimestwo.wordpress.com.

    It looks like you did not change your name servers to point to WordPress,COM

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

    Once all the changes have been made it can take 24 to 72 hours for the changes to reach the far corners of the internet

    i tried now im getting a 541 message saying ERROR: Errors modifying nameservers: Updating nameservers failed. Please try again. 541

    I have manually added a zone record for your domain.

    You should now be able to map it here following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

    If you are still having trouble changing the name servers, you'll need to contact your domain registrar.
