Trying to register my domain name and when I enter the state as Colorado it says not valid. Help I want to use your site

Why are you entering any state at all?

An address is required by internet rules for domain name registration - even if you use a privacy wall the company that does the private info hiding is required to have a valid address for each domain name - you will see Post Office Boxes etc for those that want to have a bit of privacy

Guess it depends on which sentence I read - they do have their regular WordPress.COM blog up and they have deleted the Hello World Post - I saw this part:
