   If I set up a cname for my blog with an external DNS server, is it possible to configure DNS to that all traffic to http://mydomain.com will forward automatically to my new sub-domain, blog.mydomain.com, in the same way the myblog.wordpress.com does already?

   Also, will this cost any word wordpress credits to configure?

   I think you'd need to ask staff directly via the Contact Support button.
