   Hi all, I'm trying to transfer a domain I bought from wordpress.com to use it in my new site with wordpress,org, hosted at Godaddy. I already know how to do it (at least I think so!) - I unlocked the domain and tried to start the transfer from Godaddy-, but the problem is that the privacy of my domain is ON and the link provided by the "Automattic" panel to manage these settings, apparently doesn't work. I don't know why I can't manage the privacy of my domain from the panel. Thanks for any help.

   The whois information is publicly visible, which means the private registration has been removed. Could you please give it another try?

   This guide explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar.
