Alright, after searching in vain for a phone number to call, I'm trying these forums for the first time. Please bear with me.
Over two weeks ago my blog, denaliwinter.com, was suspended by wordpress for containing too many links to adult content. Um, ok. I was under the impression that I was allowed to have a NSFW site through WP, but apparently I can't have links. Whatever, I say, I'll just transfer my domain to a new server and ditch wordpress.
Too bad that's UNBELIEVABLY COMPLICATED. I set up a transfer request at my new host, 1and1.com, and they're ready and waiting for my domain. I went and did all of the steps wordpress told me to do in making the transfer happen, and over the next week received multiple emails from 1and1 saying that wordpress still had some lock on my domain. So this weekend I went back in and realized I had forgotten to click the little padlock and uncheck the unlock box. There, that should do it.
Except now my domain status on 1and1.com says that a 60 day waiting period is required when transferring domains.

No no no no no.
I am a freelance performer and this site is both my portfolio and how I connect with my fans and peers. It CANNOT just be down for sixty days. That is completely out of the question. Two weeks has already cost me valuable networking, and tons of people in my industry have tried looking me up only to find a dead link. Yeah, real professional. This is how I make my living. I can't not have a homepage for two freaking months.
I'm at my wit's end here trying to get this problem resolved. I called 1and1, they assured me everything's ready on their end and it's all on WordPress. I'm about ready to throw everything heavy I own at the wall and light it on fire.
Help me, wordpress forums. you're my only hope.
