I've read other posts with similar problems but my problem is still not resolved.
My domain is purchased with WP.com and hosted somewhere else. I've changed the nameserver at WP.com to point to my host but the site doesn't take me to the right place (www.onsugarhigh.com).
I've checked this but am not sure what it meant-> http://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/cottoncandyprinters.com
The blog I need help with is onsugarhigh.com.
Did you allow your domain mapping to expire?

On the contrary, no, never let your domain expire.
1- Have you changed your nameservers to point to your new hosting provider?
2- I'm confused. You mention onsugarhigh.com , yet the "What's my DNS" address you gave after that refers to cottoncandyprinters.com . Please clarify

1. yes, i've changed nameserver to point to new hosting provider.
2. cottoncandyprinters.com is mine, but i've purchased another hosting account for onsugarhigh.com. did i do it wrong? should something be done to the hosting account for onsugarhigh.com?

And where do you want onsugarhigh.com to point to? A site hosted by WordPress.com or a site hosted elsewhere?
How did you change the nameservers? I can't seem to find the option, and the support docs point to: upgrades -> domains which doesn't exist as a link in my dashboard :(
