I've been trying to transfer the registration of my domain name over to my web space with FatCow. Yesterday I was wondering why I couldn't find the Domain Administration section; however, I've since read in other support threads that in order to view this section, you must be logged in with the username that originally bought the domain name. I checked my users list, and lo and behold, I had stupidly used my old work email address to register the username that purchased my domain. It should go without saying that I no longer have access to this username (don't know the password) and the email address doesn't exist.
I can look my domain up on Whois and see that it's registered to me (albeit with my old home address and another email address I no longer have..... it's been a long year).
I'd love some support from WordPress on this one, but they're gone this week. Any ideas?
