Don't have an "Add new Theme" tab on my dashboard?

    Hi, I am wanting to use a purchased WordPress theme, I've looked at a few tutorials and they all seem to upload the theme using a "Add New Themes" tab and I don't seem to have one on my dashboard nor does one seem to appear when I click on themes. I'm using the latest WordPress, 3.0.2 (I think thats it) and am hosting through Bluehost - do I need a plug in or some other software first to be able to install themes?

    There is no FTP access to free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into free hosted wordpress.com blogs. Likewise we cannot install any themes from the internet as they are for wordpress.ORG installs which run on different software.

    thanks for that - yeh I finally figured that out - didn't realise that all the Tutes were based on .org and not .com - Cheers
